They married sometime in the 1860s, and had a daughter, Amelia Auguste Louise. They had four more children: Bertha, Albert, Mary, and Anna. It was great to see everyone in person again and also a chance to check out my new 1975 micro-Nikkor 55mm 1:3.5 Non Ai lens. Being Non Ai I could not put it on my Nikon FM2 but my FM has a handy little tab that you can pull up allowing it to use both Ai and non Ai lenses. At F3.5 maximum aperture the lens certainly isn’t fast but I think it’s a lovely piece of glass.
